We believe in working together with our clients to help them gain valuable business insights from their stakeholders and establish a mutually beneficial engagement process. Depending on the business need we recommend building the process gradually one level after another. It is important to start with level one, and it is not always necessary to go all the way through level three. We carefully discuss the scope of each project with the client.
Level 1: Stakeholder Insights
Gain valuable stakeholder insights and integrate them into your business strategy
We have a conversation about where you want to go and what issues you think your business is facing.
Together with your senior management we continue brainstorming and discussing the issues that influence your business, in parallel we compile a map of stakeholders and issues. Together we agree in ways to verify the map, and help you with this process.
We work together with senior management on developing best ways your company can engage with stakeholders. We offer our experience to inform the decisions on the best approaches.
We leave you with a stakeholder and issue map and a set of recommendations on how to integrate stakeholder insights into your strategy and manage your stakeholders further.
If and when needed we stay with you to assist the implementation and change management.
Level 2: Stakeholder Engagement
Develop on-going and mutually productive relationships with your stakeholders
We assist you in carrying through the stakeholder engagement by developing engagement and communication plans, facilitating engagement schedule for your senior managers.
As a result we collect a second round of stakeholder insights – we facilitate insights analysis and decision making on how this round will contribute to strategy development.
Level 3: Stakeholder Reporting
Report on your key business and stakeholder practices
If you want to take stakeholder engagement and insights to the next level we facilitate the discussion with your senior managers on which type of reporting better suits your needs.
Together we develop approaches to the reporting and help your management decided which parameters and indicators are important for your business to report on.
If needed we remain in the advisory capacity for your business to go through an annual cycle for reporting purposes.
